Chapter 9: Continuous Improvement Through Practice and Sharing

  • Each person has to improve his or her performance every day of their careers. That is the reason some people grow intellectually because they study hard and worry about their practices in order to have a better future or to leave a mark in someone’s life.
  • That should be the teachers purpose: Leave a mark in students’ life, but you should ask: How? In continuous practice and sharing, in continuous practice and feedback in setting goals for yourself and your students and the most important being a partnering teacher.

Pay attention what the roles of a partnering teacher are:

  • Now, if you could achieve the roles aforementioned you can be aware of the importance of the practice and sharing in our daily labor “the more you practice, the better you get” (Prensky,2010 p. 292).

The process of partnering in 21st century is not only to reach our students to the best, but also practice the self-motivation and self-discipline to get better at the educational process.
